making a reservation with us.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
Guests are responsible
for the cost of extra cleaning and repair from damage caused
by the guest or friends of the guest.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the rental deposit.
Cancellations of less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full payment.
Refunds are provided to the extent that vacated units can be re-booked.

ONLINE PAYMENTS
You can make an online payment to Hestara by clicking on the PayPal button below.
All Reservations Subject to Hawaii Tax of 13.42% and a reservation fee; One time cleaning fee- $95.00 for one bedroom and $115.00 for two bedroom unit. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval, are subject to a fee only because we often have people checking in the same day and our cleaners need time to prepare unit for the next renter. Please let us know if you need a late check out in advance. Many Mahalos!
